2 cups whole milk: Adds a lighter texture and flavor.
1 1/2 cups sugar: Sweetens the frozen yogurt.
4 teaspoons flavor extract: Gives that classic flavor’s( add your favorite flavor).
Pinch of salt: Enhances the overall taste.
Directions
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, flavor extract, and a pinch of salt until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Chill: Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
- Churn: Pour the chilled mixture into an frozen yogurt maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
- Freeze: Transfer the churned frozen yogurt to an airtight container and press a piece of plastic wrap directly onto the surface to prevent ice crystals. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until firm.
- Serve: Scoop and enjoy your homemade frozen yogurt!
