In I’m a short hunger craving or I’m finding a evening snacks, one thing always come my mind Tacos. Oh….. I take a long breath yes Tacos quick and also easy to make. And Today we make Vegetarian Tacos.

Ingredients of Vegetarian Tacos:
If you make something special, so this special thing always became in your mind, rather then your ingredients. So let’s start. We need a some tacos shells (corn or flour which is your choice). And 1 cup of black beans (drained and rinsed), 1 cup of frozen or fresh, canned corn kernels. A red bell pepper, an avocado, and one cup of cherry tomatoes (halved).
1 small red onion, 1/4 cup of cilantro (chopped), and 1 lime (cut into wedges). Some salt and peeper to taste, a bit of olive oil and some tacos seasoning. You can add some optional things such as half cup of shredded cheese, half cup of sour cream. Here are our ingredients for vegetarian tacos so let’s jump to next process.

Chopping vegetables for Vegetarian Tacos
First we need to prep our veggies. Dice the red bell pepper in many pieces, then chop the red onion finely. And halve the cherry tomatoes, now time to slice the avocado. Let’s find the next step.

Heating a skillet on the stove
Now we take a large skillet, put them to stove. Take a bit of olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Now to to add the diced red bell pepper and cook for about 5 minutes, until it’s nine and soft. Then we add black beans and corn kernels. and move to next step.


Stirring the mixture in the skillet
La la laa laaa… Oh sorry I lost in humming. This is time to add our tacos seasoning, that is classic tacos flavor we all love. Now stir it all together and lest it cook for another 5 minutes, until everything is heated through and well combined. And one important thing “Don’t forget to season with a bit of salt and pepper to taste.

And while our filling is cooking, let’s warm up our taco shells, We do this in oven, microwave, or even on the stove top. whatever works best for you.


Assembling the tacos
Oh let’s doing some fun, because we come on the fun part – assembling our tacos!. Now filling each shell with generous scoop of the black bean and corn mixture. Then time to add topping such as avocado slices, cherry tomatoes, chopped red onion, and fresh cilantro. Now we added some optional thing such as sprinkle of shredded cheese and dollop of sour cream.

Serving
