Some days ago, my cousin brothers and me goes to our farm house, which are located in out of our city. And also a whole day we doing lot of fun. And after that we also played badminton, apart from this we all very hungry. One of my little cousin like a Italian food. And we finding some food. Suddenly my cousin brother got an idea, he tell us let’s make a Italian dish. Me Italian dish…. yes great I have a recipe. Then we gathering ingredients of pasta, and we found spaghetti and we make spaghetti pasta. And also I share recipe with you so let’s making.

Ingredients for making Restaurant style pasta :

First of all we need to gather some ingredients, first take some 200g pasta (spaghetti, fettuccine, penne, or your choice), then 2 tablespoon olive oil, 3 cloves garlic, 1 medium onion, 400g canned diced tomatoes or 2 large fresh tomatoes, 1/2 cup heavy cream, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, salt and pepper to taste. And also some option thing which are 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, last but not least fresh parsley, chopped for garnish. After gather all item let’s jump to next step.

Cooking Pasta:

First of all, let’s cook the pasta . Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. And add the pasta and cook according to the package instruction and cook until it’s done (al dente), then drain the pasta and set it aside.

Preparing the Sauce:

Now it’s time to preparing the sauce. First take a large pan, put some drop of olive oil, and heat the olive oil over medium heat. Now add the minced garlic and chopped onion, and saute it until the onion is translucent and the garlic is fragrant.

Adding Tomatoes in Sauce:

After saute onion and garlic now time to add tomatoes in sauce. Add the diced tomatoes to the pan. if you’re using canned tomatoes, pour the entire contents in it, including the juice. And let it simmer for about 10 minutes, and also stirring occasionally.

Adding Cream and Seasonings:

Now, it’s tasty time I mean adding cream and seasonings on to sauce. First of all pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Then add some seasonings, and let the sauce simmer for another 5 minutes

Now Stir in the Parmesan cheese, basil leaves, oregano, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if you’re using them. Let the sauce cook for another 2-3 minutes until it’s well combined and slightly thickened.

Now it’s a interesting part of our cooking. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss gently to ensure the pasta is well coated in to sauce. Let it cook together for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

Finally we have a delicious restaurant style pasta at home, plate the pasta and garnish with freshly chopped parsley and sprinkle Parmesan cheese. And also serve as much as hot in plate.

  • 200g pasta (spaghetti you choose another one such as fettuccine, penne, etc.)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 3 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped

  • 400g canned diced tomatoes or 2 large fresh tomatoes, chopped

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup greeted Parmesan cheese
