I am talking about kulhad (clay pot) pizza. “Oh yummy” My mouth started watering as soon as I heard its name hehe.. Guys kulhad pizza is become popular street food in India. You can make this easily at home with no need of oven. I had eaten this from a street vendor a few days ago. Then I decided to make it at home and it turned out really good. This recipe is so much fun to make you’ll will like this recipe.
About Kulhad Pizza
Kulhad is a traditional Indian clay pot cup which is filling with pizza in it, but has different way to make it. This gives the pizza a cozy, earthy taste and also maintains warmth. You can make this with few simple ingredients. Basically it is prepared and Served in a classic kulhad (clay pot), adding tradition to the modern pizza experience. If you want some quick snacks then this is a best option. I will tell you a very easy recipe for this, for which you will not even need an oven. So let’s start…
How to make Kulhad Pizza
Preparation of Pizza masala
Step 1
First you need to cut paneer in a cubes. Then chop onions, Green, red and yellow bell peppers.


Step 2
Now cut the bread in slices and remove the sides of bread. You can use simple white bread

Step 3
Now Put a pan on gas flame and add 1 tablespoon oil. Let it heat. Then add chopped onions and all the chopped green, red and yellow bell peppers. Give a toss.


Step 4
Add paneer cubes, bread slices and boiled sweet corns. Then add Red chili flakes, oregano and salt to taste.

Step 5
Add Pizza sauce, Tandoori sauce, and schezwan sauce. Then add mayonnaise and cook it for 2 minutes.

Filling and Cooking
In a kulhad (clay pot), put some mayonnaise over it and Then add all the pizza masala in it.

Add mozarella cheese and olives over it.

Now put whole kulhad in a gas flame and let it cook for 5 minutes

Serve and enjoy
Turn off gas flame and Then serve and enjoy.

Directions
- Preparation of Pizza masala
Add Oil in a hot pan over medium flame.
Add chopped Onions.
Add chopped Green, Red, Yellow bell peppers
Add chopped bread and give a toss.
Add Paneer cubes and boiled sweet corns.
Add salt, chili flakes and oregano.
Add pizza sauce, schezwan sauce, tandoori sauce, mayonnaise and per peri over it.
Mix all and let it cook for 1-2 minutes. - Filling & Cooking Kulhad
In a Kulhad (Clay pot) put some mayonnaise over it.
Add all the pizza masala in kulhad.
Add mozzarella cheese over filling.
Add olives on top over filling.
Put kulhad at medium gas flame.
Let it cook for 5 minutes.
Turn off gas flame. - Serve
