After that I gathered all the ingredients and make this at my house. Once it’s done, I start to eating this oh it was too delicious. Now let’s gathering all the ingredients. So firstly we need two cups of makhana (foxnuts), one tablespoon of ghee or vegetable oil, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper powder, and you can also add some optional things such as turmeric powder, red chili powder and chaat masala for extra flavor. Now it’s time to roasting our Makhana. So first of all we need a heavy-bottomed pan, now put this pan in over the medium heat. And add ghee or Oil. Once it’s warm now add and toss the makhana. Stir them gently for about 10 to 12 minutes. this step is key to making them perfectly crisp and crunchy. Keep eye them no one likes burnt foxnuts!
