“Oh.. man this dish was so delicious,,, that i ate with my famliy and friends or sometime i leave seprate from my famliy. I make it butter chicken masala alone for my self & for my little love winter bell (cat).

Chicken butter masala is a popular indain dish of grilled chicken parboild in a smooth, silky, creamy onion tomatos and cashew nut garvy “yum”. this finger licking tasty curried dish is a popular in indian resaturant menu’s or also know as butter chicken masala, this dish modified version of the genuine North Indian Butter Chicken masala (Murgh Makhani).

I have eaten different type of this, like chicken tikka masala and more across different resaturant in india. Some are goods & bad in my opinion! in the quest of a delicious homemade butter masala gravy.

This chicken butter masala is also used from butter panner masala. Once you make this i am sure you love to forget your resaturant because, now you know how to make easly this at home.

This recipe takes about 45 to 50 min from scrape ( plus the resting time ) and it will stun you with amazing results.

What Item’s You Need To Collect

  • 500g chicken for 2 person’s, if there more person’s just take 1kg or 1.5kg and cut into bite-pieces.
  • take yogurt, ginger-garlic, lemons, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala and salt.
  • And for Curry: Take butter, oil, large onion, large tamatoes, cumin powder, coriander powder, cup of heavy cream, cup of water.
  • You can make Roti ( chapati ) or aslo rice. For butter chicken masala to eat with it.

Ingredients

  • 500 grams of boneless chicken and cut into bite pieces

  • 1 cupu of yogurt

  • 2 tbsp of lemon juice

  • 2 tsp of garam masala

  • 1 tsp of cumin powder

  • 1 tsp of coriander powder

  • 1 tsp of turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp of red chili powder

  • salt to taste

  • 3 tbsp of butter

  • 1 large onion, finely chopped

  • 2 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste

  • 2 large tamatoes pureed

  • 1 cup of heavy cream

  • fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Directions

  • Marinate the chicken: In a bowl mix of yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, cumin powder,coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt. Now add the chicken pieces and marinate for at least 1 hour, rather overnight for best result’s.
  • Cook the chicken: In a pan heat 2 tbsp of butter. Add the marinated chicken pieces and cook until they are tender and slighty charred. remove from the pan and set aside.
  • Prepare the Sauces: In the same pan, add the remaining butter. Add chopped onions and cook until they are golden brown.
    Add gringer-garlic paste and saute for a few minutes until fragrant.
    Add tomato puree and cook until the oil starts to separate from the mixture.
  • Combine and Simmer: Add the cooked chicken pieces to the sauce, mix well and let it cook gently for a few minutes.
    Stir in the heavy cream and cook for another 5 to 10 min, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  • Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. And serve hot with naan, rice, or roti (chapati)
