Ingredients for blueberry pancakes:
Now it’s time to gather all the ingredients. First of all need 1 cup of all purpose flour such as wheat flour etc. One tablespoon of sugar, 2 tablespoon of baking power, and also 1/4 teaspoon of salt. 1 large egg, 1 cup of milk, 2 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter. And after that 1 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries, And also some butter or oil for cooking. When you gather all the ingredients, finally jump to next step.

Mixing Dry Ingredients
As well as that bring all the ingredient, now it’s time to mixing dry ingredients. So In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, before add sugar , baking powder, and also don’t forget to add salt, until well combined. This is going to be the foundation of fluffy pancakes.

Now pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set, about 2-3 minutes. Then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side. around 2 minutes more.
