After making this dish you will fall in love with cauliflower. I made this Korean Sweet and spicy cauliflower at home and it was very tasty. Everybody at my home ate this dish and liked it very much.
About sweet spicy cauliflower wings
Korean Sweet & spicy cauliflower wings is Korean originated food it also provides a plant-based alternative to Korean fried chicken. This dish features with bold flavors and a tempting texture. Cauliflower florets are battered with a crispy flour mix, fried or air-fried until golden, and coated in a sweet and spicy orange sauce. There are also different recipes of sweet & spicy cauliflower.
The main ingredient is sauce which is made from honey or maple syrup, gochujang, garlic, soya sauce, vinegar and etc. This dish is also a good choice for aperitives and as snacks. Also a good source of fiber and vitamins.
How to make sweet & spicy cauliflower wings
Preparation of cauliflower wings
Step 1:
Firstly you need to cut a cauliflower into bite sized florets. Now put a pan on a medium flame and add water. Now add all the cauliflower florets in a boiling water and add half tbsp of salt. Then let it boil for 4 to 5 minutes.


Step 2:
In a mixing bowl add Curd, lemon juice, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, corriander powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and at last crush kastoori methi in it and mix it well. Now add Besan, mustard oil and Rice flour for binding. Then add some water and make a thick batter and marinate all the flours in it.


Step 3:
Add boiled cauliflower florets in our thick marinade batter and mix it well. Now in a large mixing bowel add bread crumbs and put marinade cauliflower in it and coat it well. Now put a pan in medium gas flame and add oil in it. Then transfer all the cauliflowers in it and deep fry all until it become crispy.



Making Sweet and spicy sauce
Now in a mixing bowl add honey, vinegar, soya sauce, garlic, Korean chili paste and also little water. Now transfer all in a pan and cook the sauce for 2 to 3 minutes until sauce get thick.


Toss & Serve
Finally transfer all the fried crispy cauliflower wings in a cooked sauce and then toss it really well in a medium flame. Then Garnish with adding sesame seeds and chopped green onions in it. Serve and enjoy the tasty dish too yum.

For Marination batter:
1 Medium cauliflower (cut into bite-sized florets)
Curd
half tbsp. Red chili powder
half tbsp. garam masala
half tbsp. cumin powder
kastoori methi
half tbsp. salt
half tbsp. turmeric powder
half tbsp. coriander powder
Garlic ginger paste
1 cup all purpose gram flour
1 cup rice flour
half cup water
For Sauce:
2 tbsp. gochujang (Korean chili paste)
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. maple syrup or honey
1 tbsp. rice vinegar
2 cloves garlic (minced)
For Garnish:
Sesame seeds
chopped green onions
Directions

Add Curd, lemon juice and all the spices in a mixing bowl.
Add Besan, mustard oil and Rice flour for binding.
Add little water and make a thick batter and marinate all the flours in it.

In a large mixing bowel add bread crumbs and coat it well. Then deep fry all until it become crispy. - Making sweet and spicy sauce
Mix Honey, Vinegar, Soya sauce, Garlic, Korean Chili paste and water.
Cook the sauce for 2-3 minutes until it get thick. - Toss and Serve
Finally add all the crispy cauliflower wings in a cooked sauce and toss it really well.
