In previous month me and Rahul playing game at PS5 console in their home, and also we doing so much fun. And after that we both are too hungry, so I tell Rahul can you arrange some food for us. And he said yes obviously, and then he tell his mother to make a quick and easy recipe.
After some time his mother enter his room, and she bring a tasty and crispy tofu stir fry. We both eat this Tofu Stir-Fry its too yummy. Then I decided to make this recipe at my home. Ingredients of Crispy Tofu stir fry
Welcome friends, let’s gathering all the ingredients. First of all we need 400g firm tofu, which are drained and pressed. Then 2 tablespoon soy sauce, one tablespoon cornstarch, 2 tablespoon vegetable oil, 1 red bell pepper, which are thinly sliced. One yellow bell pepper and 1 medium onion, both are thinly sliced. And we need 3 cloves minced garlic, 200g broccoli florets, 2 tablespoon oyster sauce if your are vegan you can use hoisin sauce, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 teaspoon sesame seed for garnish. And last but not least cooked rice or noodles for serving.

Preparing the Tofu
First, let’s prepare the tofu. Take a 400g or 1 block of tofu, drain and press it to remove any excess moisture. Then cut it into a bite size cubes and keep it a side. Now let’s jump to next step

Coating the Tofu
Next, take a medium size bowl, and toss the tofu cubes with cornstarch in it, until they are evenly coated continuously tossing it, because this will give our tofu that extra crispiness.

Cooking the Tofu
Now take a pan, heat the vegetable oil in this pan over medium high heat. Then add the tofu cubes and cook them for about 5-7 minutes, turning its occasionally, until they’re golden brown and crispy. Once its done, then remove the tofu from the pan and set it aside. Now let’s jump to next step

Cooking the Vegetables
So in this same pan, now add the sesame oil. Then, toss in the garlic and ginger, and saute for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Then add the bell pepper carrot, and broccoli florets, and stir fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegies are tender crisp.

Adding the sauce
Now, lets add some flavor in a small bowl, and mix the soy sauce, or hoisin sauce, and some water. Pour the sauce into the pan with the vegetables and give it a good stir.

Combining Everything
Now its time to combining the all. First put the crispy tofu to the pan and gently toss to coat it with the sauce and mix with the vegetables. So after cook for another 2 minutes until everything is heated through.

Finally we have a crispy tofu stir fry. Serve this over bed of rice and noodles. And also garnish with chopped green onion and sesame seeds for the extra touch.

Directions
- Prepare the Tofu:
* Cut the tofu into 1-inch cubes.
* In a bowl, toss the tofu cubes with soy sauce and cornstarch until evenly coated - Cook the Tofu:
* Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium high heat.
* Add the tofu cubes and cook until golden and crispy on all sides, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside. - Stir-fry the Vegetables:
* In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
* Add the garlic and ginger, and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
* Add the onion, red and yellow bell peppers, and broccoli florets. Stir fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender crisp - Combine and Serve:
* Return the crispy tofu to the skillet
* Add the oyster sauce (or hoisin sauce) and sesame oil. Stir well to combine and heat through
* Serve the stir fry over cooked rice or noodles and garnish with sesame seeds, if desired.
