In a restaurant have a too many non-veg option, but we was trying to ate some thing vegetarian option. And suddenly I show a meal on the menu card, which was Mushroom stroganoff, I mutter “stroganoff… it took mushroom….”. And when I taste this Mushroom stroganoff, I was shook, it’s too yummy. I had thought, I definitely try this at home.

Now let’s gathering the ingredients. So first of all we need 2 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 finely chopped onion, 2 cloves garlic which are minced, 500g of mushroom sliced, 1 tablespoon flour, 1 cup vegetable broth, one cup sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt), 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, one teaspoon paprika, Salt and pepper to taste, Fresh chopped parsley for garnish, and also a cooked egg noodles or rice for serving. Alright let’s start by taking a large pan, heat over medium heat. Than add 2 tablespoon olive oil, and jump to next step

Now after adding oil, let’s add 1 finely chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. after adding onion, now add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant. And let’s after doing this well jump to next step

Adding mushrooms and sprinkles flour

Now it’s time to adding magic, oh I mean add the sliced mushrooms in the pan. And cook them until they release their juices and start to brown, it’s take about 10 minutes. Them sprinkles the flour over the mushrooms and stir well to coat. This will help thicken our sauce.

Now Gradually pour in the vegetable broth, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Bring the mixture to a simmer. After that lower the heat and stir in the cream, Dijon mustard, and paprika. Cook until the sauce is thickened and creamy. And also season with salt and pepper to taste.
