Includes veg’s plus add some lemon syrup is corresponds to one of the best diet for patients with liver disease.

Why lemon syrup was good for health. Because lemon contains antioxidant and vitamin C, which are consider to help and support liver function. By aiding in detoxification and protect against oxidative damage.

If you love veggies, they are a source of fiber’s and also nutrients. Which are support healthy liver. Which contains antioxidant and phytochemical that may help to prevent to liver cancer.

Greek Salad And What Veggies We Include?

Tomatoes: they contain lycopene, chlorine as well as sulfur. These nutrients are help to reduce fatty liver disease and liver cancer, and most of it tomatoes are really good for healthiness.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chopped Romaine lettuce

  • 1 large cucumber, sliced

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives

  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved

  • For the dressing of salad:

  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Toss all the salad ingredients in a large bowl. And in a separate bowl, whisk together the a dressing ingredients until well combined. Pour the dressing over the salad just before the serving and toss gently to coat.
  • You can add some other veggies or fruits to make more nutrients and healthy.
